机架是软包锂电池分档机的重要支撑部分,为了研究其在工作状态下的特性,掌握其应力应变等情况,明确机架在工作受力后的薄弱部位再进行优化。首先,根据分档机的工作状况分析机架的工作特性,确定机架的结构参数;其次,运用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立整个分档机的三维模型,再导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中,对建立的三维模型进行静力学分析与模态分析;再次,求解出机架的总变形云图、等效应力应变云图以及机架的前6阶模态振型与频率;最后,运用SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析软件对焊接后机架进行强度应力分析,与理论计算出来的许用应力进行比较,判断焊接处是否符合焊接工艺设计要求。
Abstract:The frame is an important supporting part of the soft pack lithium battery sorting machine. In this paper, the characteristics of the frame under working conditions is studied to make clear of the stress and strain and other responses to the stress, and find out the weak part of the frameunder the stress. First, according to the working condition of the sorting machine, the working characteristics of the frame are analyzed, and the structural parameters of the frame are determined. Then, the 3D model of the entire sorting machine is built by the 3D modeling software SolidWorks, and then imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to perform static analysis and modal analysis on the 3D model established. Next, the total deformation nephogram, the equivalent stress–strain nephogram and the mode shape and frequency of the first 6 modes of the frame are solved. Finally, simulation finite element analysis software SolidWorks is used to analyze the strength stress of the frame after welding, and compare it with the theoretically calculated allowable stress to determine whether the welding meets the welding process design requirements.
